MY STORY
From the outside, everything looked fine.
Louis was a year-round athlete who found belonging through sports while quietly carrying bullying, his parents' divorce, and untreated anxiety. Alcohol became the way he coped — through high school, college, and into his career.
Ninety days of inpatient treatment, three diagnoses, and a lot of honest work later, he rebuilt his life with therapy and real coping skills. Now he shares that story so other people don't have to wait as long as he did.
